It all started when Prem Vellaiyan made a cup of tea for his mother when he was 12 years old.Her appreciation for the tea that he made inspired him to start his own “Chai ki Tapri”.A Chai ki Tapri with decent ambience and price that everyone can afford.This idea resulted in the birth of Steamy Mugs .Prem despite being an engineer by profession, wanted to follow his dream to open a budget friendly cafe.Ever since it opened in 2016, Steamy Mugs has gained a lot of popularity and love from across all age groups and backgrounds.
